Please dont give up @Former-Member i know its hard but the more you resist itll be better to overcome. The scars arent worth it. I have too many too count and they make me feel worse.

Step by step
1. List 3 things you can see. But i want you to tell me the colour of each item? Is it the lighy veraion or darker or in the middle shade?
Is it smooth? Rough? Sandpaper like? Is it wet? Dry?

ok, I'll try
1. Couch - plain dark brown. made of leather, is smooth but coldish, squishy, comfortable
2. Window - cream edges, made out of wood, two window panels, cold and smooth. can see trees outside
3. picture - gold frame with flower pattern on the outside, photo of my two kids inside

How the hell do you tell someone what happened to you when you were 8. Not in his wildest dreams is he going to be able to know what is just about to hit him. And what if it stuffs him up to. Then I am responsible for ruining someone else's life too, not just my own.
I can't do this anymore, I don't want to nor do I have the energy to.
