Was ok @outlander until Hubby rang me from work and started asking question about tomorrow's appointment. I know he was only asking simple questions, but still just triggered everything again.
Ice didn't help. Been trying to work through some strategies but the SH and SI urges are back. They are screaming at me at the moment. Trying to make them quieten down but not doing a very good job.

Ice isnt helping... have you tried the elastic band? Called a helpline? What about a type of distraction.. taking the kids for a walk or doing some cleaning? Playing a board or card game with the kids.

tried breathing, 5 senses, going outside. I am too heightened to sit there with the kids. I don't want them to see me when I am shaking like this. They are occupying themselves in their rooms.
