Ahh ok @Former-Member dont worry im sure he will get it. Give it till tomorrow then maybe call reception. I know wednesdays coming quick but tey not to worry about it. The psychologist will guide you in incriments and will be able to tell your limits by voice tone and body language and other things too. They know this isnt easy for you and we are here for you too no matter what.

Thanks to all that helped me today. I heard back from my psychologist and he is going to give me a call tomorrow so we can discuss what is going to happen on Wednesday, that makes me feel a bit better.
I am still not great but took Sans advice and rang life line again becasue my urges of SH and SI were getting out of control. Thursday cannot come fast enough when all this is over.
I am just staying in my happy place for tonight and hoping to get some sleep!!

Well I actually slept last night for a change, a whole 6 hours in a row, which for me is unheard of. Think it was a combination between meds and exhaustion from panic attacks.
Hopefully today I can keep everything "in check" and not have another episode like yesterday. One can only hope.
My psychologist is riniging me today to discuss tomorrow's session. Still feel like disappearing at this stage, still not sure I can do it but will see what he says.

Everything is starting to go pear shaped again. Cancelled going out, just cannot handle it. Luckily my kids don't mind staying at home. My anxiety is slowly creeping up and don't want to get to the no control stage again. Need to try and keep the SH and SI at bay today. I really didn't want to SH today. Damm tomorrow cannot be over quick enough.
Still might just disappear and not go.
