@Bunniekinsyesterday was a very teary day. No one knows what I did, hubby just thinks I was exhausted (which) I was and had a really long sleep.
When is it enough? How long do they expect us to go on like this? You can only last for so long.

It will change @Former-Member ..... that is what therapy and recovery are about ...... no matter how endless it may seem at the moment ...... and progress is rarely in a straight line ..... it's more like a tangled ball of wool, and working on a knot or two can cause a sudden release and a run of improvement before you reach another snag that takes time and patience to undo.

@Former-Member - I know your road is so, so very hard. I understand your reasons for leaving, but I'm glad you're back. I don't have any answers for when is enough, but you are not to blame for what has been brought open you, you are a victim yes, but a survivor more. Time is such a horrible time that we wait for and it seems to stretch enertanally long. I I don't have any words to say to make you stay that would only feel hollow anyway. But please stay, because there is more good in you than bad, and don't let the monster win again. You are worth being here, for your family, for us and for the rest of the world
