Thank you so much @Sans911 @Faith-and-Hope & @outlander for ypur help before.
I spoke to life line who put me o to 1800Respect. Spoke ro a specialist counsellor which helped some.
I have tended to my SH from this morning.
I wont say I'm ok because I am not. My anxiety is still high and I still have SH and SI on my mind. But i do feel more in control than i did this morning. Hopefully i can keep it under control until Wednesday afternoon❤❤

I have had a very quiet day. Still really hightened but took some relaxants at lunch and will take some again soon. Still am waiting to hear back from my psychologist, he still might be on holidays, I am not sure. Will see how I go tonight. Hopefully I won't ge to the point that I did this morning. Sort of lost it a bit!!

@Former-Member is it a public holiday where you are? If it is you prob wont hear back until tomorrow sometime
Its ok to loose it sometimes. Dont punish yourself for that ok it just makes you feel worse but i understand those feelings cause i still do it too.

Thanks @outlander but not a public holiday here. I am in VIC so we had our public holiday on Friday. I don't even know if he was back today. And I sent the email when I was really worked up, so I am not sure if what I wrote he will even understand, but oh well!
I think we BOTH need to remember not to be too hard on ourselves
