@Former-Member - yes that is going to be really hard on you. I understand your distress. Thanks @Faith-and-Hope. I really think it would benefit you @Former-Member to ring a crisis service today or several times I'd you need to. Does your therapist know how this is making you feel? Can you get in contact with them?

It's actually good that he wants to know, I imagine @Former-Member ..... even though he probably doesn't know what he is actually asking ..... it shows that he wants to understand ..... he wants to support you. As traumatic as it is, if you can face up to this, and all the counselling involved, together ..... that is probably the most powerful support you can get ..... and at some point you will reach a point where you can put it behind you ..... this is my hope for you .....

I have emailed my psychologist to let him know but haven't heard back yet.
i mentioned to hubby maybe putting it off for a few more weeks and he got super pissed of at me so I just gave in and told him to come on Wed.
how do I tell him? How do I find the words?

its my own fault, I just shouldn't have let it get tome this much and put a stop to it before I got so worked up
