@Former-Member NellBell can I ask ? how did you go about finding your psychiatrist and psychologists were they known to each other? Or did you have to do the hard yards yourself?

@Bunniekinsmy psychologist was recommended to me be a social worker at my workplace after multiple traumas there. My psychologist recommended the psychiatrist as he is good dealing with people especially with PTSD.

@Former-Member That is wonderful that there is that connection between them for you. That is what I will have to aim for. They are like gold when you have a good team in place.

@Faith-and-Hopei can't deal with that (I know that you know what I mean) on top of everything else. I just want to end up running away, but am staying b/c I don't know what else to do
