@Phoenix_Rising Good morning lovely lady. Thanks for your kind post. I'm not so worried about causing offence to a particular person but more concerned that my words I might chosen in the past or present have not been misconstrued & therefore upset someone. And I think with the way my thoughts are a bit scrambled & I'm quite emotional right now, it wouldn't be hard to do. So stepping back is protecting me & others.

@Sans911 scrambled thoughts and big feelings make for super tricky times. 
If stepping back is what you feel you need to do for you, then that sounds like a nice use of wise mind. So long as it is wise mind that is saying to step back, rather than all those scrambled thoughts and big feelings. 
I am not so much travelling at the moment, as standing still...and that's ok. There are times to be doing and there are times to be standing still. Now is a standing still time in my world. On the bright side, that means I'm getting lots of practice at mindfulness skills.
I am assuming you are still in hospital right now. I super hope you are able to get the support you so clearly want and need, and which you most certainly deserve.

Anyway she told TAB & I that she was going to go & study, she didn't have time to spend I here, ok.
I am sure 100% when she is finished her study & exams, she will be back, plz do not worry, ok?

She is a little stressed from all the study & misunderstandings. Greenpea is very clever & intelligent, & super loving. She will 🙂 be back ASAP!

Sitting with you @Former-Member ..... you on one side and @Sans911 on the other ...... my butterfly friend @Zoe7 is always on my shoulder, even when she's not ...... so she is here too ..... and hugging @Former-Member and @Teej close in my thoughts ...... and wafting big hugs in @Kurra's direction ......
