Expressing our concern here draws the attention of the mods @Former-Member ..... and they do as much as they are able to to contact people who are uncharacteristically absent .....
I have also been missing @Former-Member in the past few days.
I think with recent upsets on the forums some people have taken a step back and may be present but not active ..... in saying that, a che k-in helps to comfort those who are u settled and missing them. Even a Like is enough, just to know they are safe .....

I cant tell you any specifics about anyone but i can promise that if there is ever any reason to be concerned about someone then we always check in
Plus as you know when you tag people then they recieve a computer generated email to let them know you want to say hi
please try not to worry as @Faith-and-Hope said sometimes for our own MH we need to take a step back and it can be easier to be silent but that doesnt mean they dont see your tags and feel comforted by you remembering and thinking about them

Yes, I got a nap in before a rather bland dinner. I'm in my room now, lights out as they are so bright (no small beside ones). Getting anxious about tommorrow, so my chest pain has returned.
How are you doing? I feel a little selfish as I haven't asked how you are. It's very late for you. Any naps for you today?

@Sans911 I love that hearts can have so many meanings!! You are welcome for a cuppa anytime and am actually sipping on one now. Yes is quite late but not at all ready for sleep yet. I hate sleeping and will try everything to avoid it. Please do not feel selfish, no need to at all.
Not great today but seems like it is that way everyday lately. My brain is my own worst enemy atm and doesn’t seem to matter what I do, the thoughts will just not go.
