Your advice as always is so logical. Now I just have to see if I can do it.

The despair and anxiety around Wednesday I don't think I can overcome. I can't shake it from my head and it just makes my SH and SI urges spike to higher levels.

I DO NOTexpect a reply, I just need to get it out.

i can't control the anxiety at all. It's taken over my body and mind today. I can't stop the SH and SI flooding my head. I want to quit. I want to leave and not return. I can't go through with it on Wed but feel like I have got no chouce. To help someone else I have to put myself through hell. And I can't ignor it any longer.
