@outlander sis, no unfortunately it doesn’t help my mindset atm. I don’t think it will change for awhile. I’ve taken meds already to try and sleep (hopefully they work). I need to try and keep safe which hasn’t worked so far. Can you please sit with me? I need someone close to stop what I’m doing.
