@outlander I should have just kept my mouth shut and it would not have even started. I’ve got so much pain and thoughts in my head. I’m trying to use my plan, it’s just not happening tonight.

@Former-Member its ok really. I know it doesnt feel like it but your not to blame for it. Actually when you think of it they took that article down which will stop ao many others from being triggered

@Faith-and-Hope @outlander I know I was heard but I caused someone else distress. I never meant for that to happen. I feel so guilty and gotten myself upset now. I know that whole thing wasn’t my fault but the first part was. And know I am just taking it out on myself again.
