Arrgh I hate this, I hate everything, I hate myself. Nothing works anymore and I'm sick and tired of trying. I can't control it

Every night it continues and I've got nothing left to fight it anymore. God I've tried so hard. But nothing helps the darkness that engulfs me

I'm trying my best but that's not enough now. Almost every night they start and I need them to go

I can hear how much of a struggle it's been for you for a long time. I noticed in one of your previous posts that you were going to see your psychologist again soon, perhaps it would be good to chat to them about the reality of these struggles for you, especially at night time.

I don't see them till next Wed they been on holidays I can't talk to them

Wednesday is still a while a away. Are you able to contact them sooner? When you say things like "it's done" I do worry about what's going on and how you're doing.

Thanks @Faith-and-Hope i am just over it all. The constant nightmares and flashbacks that lead to panic attacks are getting worse. Damm brain.
