@Former-Member I couldn't change the avatar ... he has such an earnest lil expression on his dear lil face ... and someone might snaffle him and I couldn't get him back!!!!!

Not great tonight, the meds are playing havoc with me both physically and mentally. The tablets I got from the GP this morning are not really helping. I think I am in for a long night again. Staying under my doona till these feelings go away
