@outlander I am actually assisting firstly with marshalling. So I'm helping with crowd control (it won't be more than maybe a couple of hundred women). When I went to the meeting about what to, how to do, etc, they asked who had a current first aid certificate. Of course, silly me said yes, and by the way I'm a nurse! I said I would be happy to bring a kit, and I'm sure it will be mostly blisters and stubbed or trodden on toes. It's all voluntary. They're very happy with my presence, and it gives me a little confidence boost.

They will have speakers and welcome to country plus some musicians before the march, then we do a small walk down some city streets before the end. Some women will have placards and be chanting. But not me as I barely have a voice right now. We have police presence allow the way just to deal with hecklers, but essentially if people are being rude, and calling the women rude names, we ask them respectfully leave or ignore them.

@outlander I know about the #metoo campaign. I don't read newspapers much or watch TV and I actually spend more time on here than Facebook now. So I know what it's about but I'm not really interested in putting my story out there. If women find that empowering, good on them. Will it change anything? That is yet to be seen in the society we live in.

Wow thats greatt! Im soproud of you for going.lol of course you would say that. You cant help yourself can you!? Thats ok its something you love doing and a worthy cause too. It sounds like itll be pretty civilised and hopefully itll stay that way.

Yep thats the same as me sis. I means ita great but if i out my story up there wholy good lord nope not happening. I admire those who do out it ip their but its also those who have dealt with it as well @Sans911 I dont watch tv or go on fb either. I have it as messenger is how my clients get in contact with me but other than that im not on there.
