I hate what I am doing to myself but am unable to stop. I have so many words but they are so scrambled in my head that I can't get them out. So now there is nothing.

Hey @Former-Member. Wanting to come past to say that I can so much relate to the frustration and pain of having words scrambled and how much it can lead to feelings of nothingness because nothing seems to work or make sense or want to come out. Not having words can feel so isolating and lonely and it can feel like suffering in silence.

I hear you this morning, even without the words you might not have to say
