I doubt ill sleep today. It seems the nightmares are getting worse. As in the content they use to be semi quick out these ones are dragging out. I had 2 last night one was a dog incident the other was of myself trying to commit in the same way i threatened earlier in younger yrs.
They are getting worse and i cant find the triggers.
Ive had an hours sleep if that and running on nervous energy.
Im glad you managed some sleep @Sans911 sorry about your experience though. Lokking forward now though right.....❤❤💌💌

@outlanderdoes sound like a rough night. I find it hard to recognise my triggers too a lot of the time so understand hun.

Ithink i know what sets them off sometimes but not always theu seem to just come. Mum was fussing over a dog picture yesterday arvo so that was probably one of them but idont know where the other one come from.
I tried driving earlier today and ended up on the other side of the road so im not going anywhere today. Just watch dome movies maybe not watch but background noise.

Not alot today @outlander, already seen GP first thing this morning. Hubby had to drive b/c still having side effects.
On couch at the moment and doesn't look like I am moving any time soon. Sitting sounds good, not sure what @Sans911 is up to today.
Best you not drive then

@outlandergot some things to try and help with side effects. Psychiatrist and GP want me to try and keep going on these meds. So another waiting game!

I hope they work sometimes the meds work but the side effects take itaway so hopefully things start to look up for you ❤ @Former-Member

@Former-Member @outlander not much on my agenda today. I'm going to a special women's rally in the city tonight. Unfortunately I can't name it, but it's held annually around the world, only women can march, and it's about taking back our own power from abuse, assault, etc. I'm the official first aider. I went to one these events many, many years ago. It popped up in fb somehow, and I thought why not. It's important to me.

Good on you sis. Its a good cause. I havent heard of rallies but ive ive heard of the # metoo thats going around recently or maybe its not recent but is new to me.

@Sans911that sounds like something to look forward too. Well done on that, it seems like such an important topic that needs to be told. I hope you have a good time and there are not too many first aid situations.
