Hopefully I can negotiate with them. I did stop myself early on in the SH so maybe they will take that into account.

When I am having a panic attack I always seem to forget to reach out for support. I like your suggestion of asking the mods to help me get through it. I am going to try that next time, I might write it down so I don't forget to do it, and hopefully that helps.

You're more than welcome @Former-Member ... I have received untold support to keep swimming in my mire across the last 18 months that I have been here .... I was at my wits end trying to work out how to keep living in my situation as it crumbles around me ..... don't know how I would have managed this long without the forums at my back .....

Others here have a safety plan registered with the mods, so even if your head is not together, they can walk you through it in the moment. They are really great people who have our best interests at heart.

Hi nell23 i can see you are getting lots of support from everyone and have worked through some of this yourself so good on you! Us Moderators are always here to support people, but i am always so impressed at how much you are all there for each other. This Forum is amazing and although i am not on here much italways nice to read the ongoing support for each other and the tips you share. Hoping everyone's day improves and take care of yourselves!

Meet with the MHT and thankfully do not have to be admitted. Changed my meds slightly (the ones that work immediately anyway). Is meant to help with the SI and SH or so they tell me. The MHT will just be in contact regularly to check up on me. Guess that is a good thing in the long run. So will just keep taking those baby steps each day ❤️❤️❤️
