RE: Darkness surrounds me

OK, so these new meds I am on are messing with my head I think. I can't get rid of my headache and my SI are out of control. I feel dizzy and anxious and cannot even think to stomach anything. I don't understand how I can feel so much worse. I don't know if I should be stopping them or continuing them. I am so confused at the moment. I can't get out of bed today, I feel so useless and wish I wasn't here.

@outlanderonly 1 week. I can't take another however many weeks of this. My head is screaming at me and my SH thoughts are also increasing. I didn't even make my psych app. today, I had to cancel, I couldn't drive there like this.

@outlanderI have already taken pain meds, probably more that I shoud have, but haven't helped, can't take anymore. I have rang the psychiatrist and waiting for a call back from them. I can't do this

@outlandersorry just having one of those days. Not enough sleep and over everything. Had enough of my life, my MI, just do not want to go through this anymore. Had enough of struggling and just want to leave this crap.
