@outlanderI know I need to wait it out and see if these meds help because if I go off them then I am back to where I started. But it is so hard to continue. And this morning I was really stupid and now am really angry with myself. I just lose it and can't control anything.

Its ok @Former-Member iunderstand your frustrations. Keep venting here if it helps ok. Things just become so overwhelming and frustrating and then those thoughts come up and it a vicious cycle it really is.
