Was ok, my son was home sick from school but he is old enough to occupy himself! Took a double dose of sleeping meds last night so felt groggy all day today! Slept well but didn't like how I felt today @Ant7

@Ant7nah not really so gone back to one tonight! Tomorrow - kids at school, psychologist app., my son's Birthday so will do a little celebration tomorrow night at home for him. What about you? are you at work at the moment?

@Former-Member yeah I am at work. I will probably have a few hours sleep when I get home then maybe go for a ride. I have to pick my daughter up at 3:30 then my son at 4:00

I am going to have to leave you @Ant7. My sleeping med is working, having trouble keeping my eyelids open! Thanks for the chat, it has helped more than you probably realise. I hope work isn't too tedious and you have a good time with your kids tomorrow
