Hi @outlander, hope you had a nice birthday today and the lunch wasn't too overwhelming for you.

So have had some new flashbacks come through which changed my thoughts and feelings on my CSA, but unfortunately not in a good way. The pain from the last flashback is something that I cannot yet control and I am not sure if I ever will. A lot of things are triggering me at the moment, where as in the past they wouldn't have. Last night was extremely difficult and ended up SH once again and having to use SCBC again for an extra safety net. Today I have spent the day sleeping and feeling sorry for myself. A lot of self loathing has happened today and a lot of anger for not being able to deal with things better and stop myself from my SH actions. So I am hoping tonight my meds work and I can get some sleep and maybe some relief from my own thoughts.
