Hi @Former-Member - im sorry things are so hard at the moment. The title of this thread is how i feel really at the moment and its hard.
I know how powerless you feel about how things are going but you are taking control of what you can by using SCBS and coming here. Those are things you are doing to fight for you and im so glad you are. I have found the scbs to be really helpful in the past, i hope that its been ok for you.

@Former-Member you're going through hell right now. You can't help the feelings you have. I'm sorry you feel such despair that you think life is not worth living. But please don't give up (did you watch the video link I sent you?) and don't give in. You have a purpose here in this world.

You have 2 beautiful children whom I know will be amazing thanks to you and your husband's parenting. You have a man who sounds like you are his world and he cares deeply for you. And although I don't you personally, I already enjoy having you in my days and life. You are so worthwhile to me as someone who cares, who listens and responds with empathy & kindness.
