Brene Brown is amazing. Have you seen her TED talk on vulnerability? It is definitely worth checking out.

@outlander maybe check with your psych first ..... there may be other things she would recomm nd foyou ahead of this one, but I think this is a good one for me in my circumstances. I'm sort of biting it off in small pieces cos there is a lot to digest.
She does a great Ted talk on vulnerability as @Former-Member said in her post ..... maybe take a look at that online and see what you think of it ......

I encountered the concept and importance of vulnerability, and facing fear and courage from an early age and also in psychodrama courses in the 1980s. (Moreno) but also the Dance of Intimacy and Anger etc..
Such ideas have been core to my path, for what it is worth ... at least I am alive.
