Ok, back to my happy place for the night. Ventured out to the Friday Feast but getting a bit overwhelmed now so time to reign it back in. I actually did some self care tonight!t (a coffee and the Friday Feast).

Flashback from this morning still troubling me and I am hoping it is managable tonight. Spoke to Chat earlier today and unloaded on them (poor them) so that helped a little. Still have very mixed troubled feelings about this new flashback so still trying to work that out in my head. My anxiety is very high and have struggled with my SH thoughts today. I don't really think I will ever have all the answers I need, something I guess I will have to accept with time. So for now it is the dreaded sleep I have to look forward to, not knowing if another new one with come to me during the night. I always think they can't get anyworse, yet they always seem to surprise me. The sleeping tablets help give me a bit longer sleep, but unfortunately they don't stop the flashbacks. So lets see how tonight goes......
