No, I just promised myself earlier I wouldn't do it and I ended up doing it anyway. I'm just disappointed and upset with myself.

I've taken care of myself. I am not in a good headspace at all and don't trust myself any longer.
I am on hold for SCBS. I will have a chat to them.
