@Former-Member youve sone the right thing. Dont be ashamed to ask for help. The mh team is what they are there for; to use. Ive had to use them many times before. Im glad that you've got an appointment today
I really hope that things will be ok.
Maybe they can offer respite for a few days and you can organise care without telling them the reason. Your hubby maybe could take a few days off work while you get some help.

These meds they gave me are meant to calm me and they don't seem to be doing anything. I really don't know how I am going to get through the night. i don't see the point in taking them if they are not going to help me. I don't understand my own brain at the moment. It's like I am on the outside looking at this complete crazy person stuff her life up ☹️

Sometimes they dont work straight away @Former-Member somrtimes it takes a few weeks to get the full effects
Im usually around so if you need any company im here for you too
Can you try to do some relaxing exercises like colouring in having a warm shower reading a book maybe

Hey @Former-Member .... that's right ,... some medications have an accumulative effect .... they need to build up to a stable level that stays in your system as an equilibrium support, if that makes sense. Our vitamin levels in our bodies act like that, and hormones ....
