I can see both yours and your gps point of view but there didnt need to be an argument about it. She does have duty of care though and is she doesnt take it seriously she can get in the deep end too.
Try to just stick to the recommended doses and find other ways to help you sleep..have you tried meditation or deep breathing before you go to sleep. I actually use to lay in bed with headphones in and do a guided meditation or breathing app. Maybe this could help you too

Its an aniversay of course itll be hard today. Tomorrow is a new day though. Try to put today behind you and plan some nice things to do for both you and your kids to just enjoy time together

I understand i went through a similar thing @Former-Member is there anyway you can change to another gp. Get sone fresh eyes on things and see if they can help you

See what friday brings with the option to change as well.
Having out of control sh and SI is very concerning which is why shes suggesting hospital.
I understand both so you dont have to explain it to me tour reasons
