Oh yeah its shocking..i got in to see one urgently because i was in a bad state to the point of trying to end my life with a plan so i got bumped up asap

No probs sis ❤ try not to worry about it. Its not as hars as the psychology sessions. Its scary yes but you dont have to go into the event its nore tour feelings and how its affecting your day to day living ❤

@outlandersis it isn't to 3pm so got all day to prepare for it. I really need to go shopping in the morning. It is Mr 9's birthday next week and I havent got him anything yet so thought I might do that first and then go to app. But not sure if I am pushing myself to do too much in one day.
