Re: RE: Darkness surrounds me
@BunniekinsWell I would Go to work for a couple of hours (I do miss the kiddies there), go to luch with freinds again (never do that anymore), take kids out somewhere fun, go out of tea without feeling anxious, and actually have a full nights sleep. Probably sounds boring but I just want it normal again.
What would you do with 24 hours of freedom?

@Former-MemberI would jump in my car make sure everything was set up at home so my 'adult' children are safe for 24 hours and then I would head off in my bashed up non green car into the middle of nowhere ... outback somewhere ... somewhere like Ivanhoe and stay at the local pub and just lie on the bed for awhile staring at the ceiling until I had to go screaming back to reailty. That is what I would do.
I dont think yours was boring it makes a he ll of a lot more sense than mine does! lol

Re: RE: Darkness surrounds me
@BunniekinsI think that sounds lovely. And I love how the car would be 'non green'
The reality of our lives are so different to this, but one can only wish. Maybe one day you might actually be able to do this!!

@Former-Member NellBell I hope you get your 24 hours sooner rather than later ... I really do. I am off to bed. See you tomorrow. Nite xx

@outlanderhow are you going now? Got a question for you? (only if you want to answer that is)
Do you see a psychiatrist or a psychologist or both?

Re: RE: Darkness surrounds me
@outlanderI have my first psychiatrist appointment tomorrow. Not really sure what to expect. This is the one the psyhologist recommended. Meant to specialise in PTSD.
(The psychiatrist I saw last week was only a one off for work cover)
