@Zoe7yep, just try and staying in my happy place in my bed under the doona's. Safetest place to be. I want to go to topic tuesday tonight but not sure if I would cope with it.

Been back from my apt for a little while, but this was my first chance to come and see you all.
I am still feeling a bit rattled, but not as badly as last week .... so that's good. Things went a bit better today and we got a lot more "out there".
