@Former-Member ita a hard reality to face when we realise what ee have become but thats not you thats the mental health talking. It skrews with our sense of self.
The past cant be changed but the future can and now is the time to start changing and you are. Your in therapy already and have made progress in opening up even though its tough.

i know @outlander what you says makes sense, i know I cant change my past. I just do stupid things and then get upset with myself.
I am just so over it all and just dont want to do it anymore.

yea I could give it a go @outlander
I do write a list some days of things I need to get done. Some days I do good, other days I don't so anything. Today I have not done a single thing. I feel bad b/c I havent even cooked tea for the kids, and Miss 12 has been asking for 3 days for me to get her something. I haven't even been able to go up the street to do that

You could do a daily goal as well as a long/short term goal
Is there something you can do today that you can make a goal?
And a small goal for tomorrow?
We will start with these first
