Sounds good @outlander don't think I have the strength to move tonight. Got my blanket, my bed, my doona, my laptop and all of you!

My psych said to me this morning he thinks I am dissociating from myself, I think he may be right

i dissociate a fair bit, its actualyl pretty scary as its happened a few times and today nearly had a head on becasue of it. i have to remeber not to drive in certian states.
