its pretty scary @Former-Member thats why you have to be careful in those states of mind.

Re: RE: Darkness surrounds me
@outlanderbummer to the nausea, hopefully those tablets the gp gave you can help
I'm not that good. The shaking has stopped at least. The images in my head tonight are so overpowering at the moment. I havent even thought yet how I will get through tonight. I am just doing hour by hour and concentrating on the now.

Can you try to set up a coping box for yourself @Former-Member ? I know some people keep a hand-cream in theirs .... it's a self care activity to apply hand-cream, but the smell of it can help to ground you through your senses too ....
And maybe a CD or DVD ?
Some chocolate or a tea-bag and biscuit ?
Adult colouring book and beautiful pencils ?
Sometimes just having the box there, knowing that it's about self care can help.

Re: RE: Darkness surrounds me
Thanks @Faith-and-Hope
I have a coping box already that my psycholgist made me set up. Got photos, my favourite food, my ipod, some perfume, some essential oils, a cuddly toy, body wash, body spray and a few other things in there.
I have been using it this afternoon a fair bit. ![]()
