@Former-Member had a great meeting with the psychiatrist (I have a bit of a crush on him to be honest!). I am going to see him again next week. He doesnt want to up my meds ... but I am pushing for it as I dont want any more break throughs! I am too old for the excitement!

Anyway how are you? I think you did really well today you know ... you didnt crumble in a heap in front of him ... and even if you did you did your best. I think you should be proud of what you achieved today xxx

Hi @CheerBear I have a blue blanket that I use when I get distressed. Its been with me since I got home in my bed under my doona. I havent really moved yet. Everyone is home but they have just left me by myself.

@Bunniekinsyou can always make me laugh. I'm not that good, actually I don't think I could get worse. I just want to forget but my brain wont let me. Stupid brain!

Thanks @Phoenix_Rising it has been a difficult day, not quite what I expected. I will get over to the Great Yoga Adventure, just not tonight!! Going to snuggle in here for the night where I am safe
