The power is yours now. He can't hurt you any more. You are safe.

Hang in there @Former-Member. You are incredibly brave & strong. @Faith-and-Hope is right. You have the power now. He is probably more scared than you. Don't let him see your fear. Stand up tall and proud, hold hubby's hand, show him you are safe and cared for. Nothing, but nothing can hurt you now.
