@Former-Member cam you pretend you are surrounded by a white bubble. It's all around you. Nothing and no one can penetrate your bubble. It is your safe zone. No one can see you if you don't want them to. Focus on the her and right now. Nothing else. Describe to me the weather where you are. Describe me what you're wearing.

Look at your phone @Former-Member ...... breathe ..... watch the time on your phone ...... if you can, tube into the service and your thoughts of your aunt ...... you can cry if you feel like it ..... it's a funeral service for your favourite aunt ..... it is okay to show that you are upset and hubby will think it is about your aunt, and for the moment, that is a shield for you ......
