You're in your 40s. Tell your 9 year old she is safe and you'll protect her. Tell her she's not responsible and she is very very much loved

@Former-Member Yes, you need to calm. You need to call a crisis line and/or your psychologicist. You are completely overwhelmed but try not to hurt yourself sweet. Could your husband take you hospital? Your not safe right now
