@Former-Member can you take a prn med? And I know you don't want to, but your husband might need to know. Perhaps not specifics, other he might deck him. Just tell him yourr having an anxiety attack or flashback. Go splash your face with cold water, drink some water. You can do this.

You can stay in the bathroom @Former-Member ..... you don't have to go out there. You can stay in the bathroom until your husband comes to find you, and you can tell him that you feel seriously unwell. Whether that means leaving the funeral or not.
Can someone take you to the hospital or some other place where you can talk to someone and tell them what has happened so your feelings can be seen to.
If you can't go back into the funeral, then seek support for yourself Hon.
Can you tell your hubby that there is someone there who you just can't see ? Can't even look at ? That will tell him that this is the person who hurt you in the past, without actually telling him who it is.

@Former-Member -can you count something. If you look down you can try and count the hairs on your arms or the lines of your knuckles on each of your fingers. It sounds silly but counting something may help too.

It sounds like you are feeling really overwhelmed right now. I'm not familiar with your past but it sounds like someone that is hurt you is where you are now and it's bringing up challenging emotions.
Have you been able to try breathing and focusing on the present, where you are safe, as @CheerBear and @Sans911 have suggested?
Is there someone you can call to have a quick chat over the next few minutes? Remember you can always call Lifeline, beyondblue or another helpline.
