@Former-Member that's a good analogy. No, I haven't had any sleep at all, and I don't feel sleepy, but im exhausted from the unrelenting thoughts in my mind. I did sleep about 6hours yesterday after taking sleeping tablets at 4am. I really have a messed up sleep pattern at the moment.

@Former-Member it's cold and wet here in Perth so I've stayed in bed for much of the day except for shower and breakfast. It's a public holiday here so nothing to go out for anyway. Not that I venture far nowadays. I'm not trying to tell what to do or not do, as we all make our own choices, but be careful with the sleeping tablets. It's easy to develop a tolerance to them quite quickly, and soon you may find you need more to take effect or they take to work. It's happened to me in a very short space of time.

@Former-Member I understand exactly what you are saying; I struggle with the same issues myself, and sometimes I need to just wipe some hours/time away, so I've done similar things to you and possibly worse. Sometimes we do things to survive one day to the next.

Hi @Former-Member - are you ok? reading back and not sure whats happening? Not sleeping properly is the worst and makes things really hard. i would like an off button.

oh bugger about the visit then 😞 thats never helpful. I wish it were just that simple... to get over things! Yes i would ignore that phone call today too 🙂
