@Former-Member Hehehehe! Ahhhh .... Fairy dust and sprinkles and ummm ... yes well ... unfortunately no the doc killed that!!! Hehehehehe! you should have seen his face when I told him though, he was so, so serious ... you could see him thinking ... I have to stop her fun! and he did sadly 😞

So now I am left with is Mr Grumpy pants who comes in every now and then to create havoc for me.

You said you see a psych, have you got any other support around you?

Yes @Former-Member thankfully I do. I am lucky like that I would hate to be alone with voices it would be horrendous.

Mine is CSA happening at ages 8 (went for about 2,5 years) and again at age 14 (not sure how long) with different adults. Had supressed it for a long time until I went through some traumas in my work place in June and it all came back.

@BunniekinsI am glad you have your daughter with you and that she is hiding the keys. She seems like such a good support for you.

Maybe if it isn't too much for her, she might be able to explain a bit to your ex. He might take it better coming from her
