I am ok, just a really bad week which resulted in a bad morning and lots of SH this morning. But got some great help today with a crisis team so things can only get better.

yes @Faith-and-Hope is always hovering close by, it makes me feel safe, but I know she spreads herself lots over forum land. She just needs to make sure she is looking after herself. AND YES I hope she reads this!!!!!

@Former-Member okay ... I rang my ex to get some moral support and told him all about my voice and you know what he said ... he said 'When you reach a certain age you should give up drinking!' .....

I said 'OMG! What?!' (I only drink at Christmas, birthdays etc and then only two glasses). I was so shocked and I told him but he went on and on and on ... I said dont you know that I have Bipolar and shizoaffective disorder and he still went on and on. I was so pissed (excuse the pun) at him

No wonder I divorced him!!! But there you go shows you ... how ignorant is that!

ps: So there you go at a certain age we should all lay down and die!

oh @Bunniekins I am so sorry you had to go through that with your ex. That is not right for anyone to go through.

Unfortunately alot of peole do not want to understand MI nor will take the time too. Perhaps if you want him to understand give him some fact sheets on them. Or tell him to do some research for himslef, there is plenty of info out there.

And yes, you must have a good judge of character to have divorced him. Please do not read any thing into his ignorance, it is not your fault.

PS. I don't know how old you are, but there is not certain age you should die. Aim to get a letter from the queen!!!

@Former-Member Yes ... so true about MI but you would expect family to know a bit ... You know what I haven't eaten a doughnut now for 5 days! that must be a record! I am trying to be a bit healthier. I am 53 so I am not to worried about appearance really just my health.

Eating better and the like just to feel better .. it is a beautiful night though. If I lived on a farm I would go for a long walk in the fields at night. That would be so wonderful.
