@Former-Member She has been through alot with me. She has depression and my son has schizophrenai so anyway ... there was a time when I was really ill she couldn't be with me because of my mania ... guilt of being a sick parent aye never goes away.

As for my ex I don't know I think I will take up the options you suggested like this site and say do some reading!!!

@Bunniekinswow, it sounds like you have gone through alot but it seems like you have a wonderful relationship with your daughter, which is something to cherish.

It is what is is. We cannot change our past but we can dictate our future. I can either let it break me or make me stronger.

@Bunniekinsyea is suxs, but we all go through things in our lives, just some more than others. And even though our MI are very different, I sitll find solace on here that people understand and will be there for you when times are tuff.

I saying that, my eyelids are drooping at I write.

My daughter is wonderful. She just came in to say good night. I told her it would be a long long night tonight.
