i get the impression you have made a massive breakthrough. although things may seem difficult at this point in time, your ability to reflect on personal issues (which may have been in the background for a longtime) is something to be proud of.

ps - there is often a good reason why we dont, or cant reflect on difficult issues. it can be a defense mechanism to protect us from pain. the fact you have been able to reflect, and share them with the forum, can only be a positive thing in the long-term

please look after, and be kind, to yourself 😉
