I know I am not coping, I'm shutting everyone in my life out and I have lost control of everything. I won't tell you what I did this morning but I hate myself for it. I just don't understand why it's not getting better.

@SaharaI saw my doctor on Monday, it went terrible, I am not going back, I have been trying to llok for a new one that understand MI.

@Former-Member I have an idea what you did this morning. Please try to be compassionate and caring to yourself. You deserve that at least. Tend to your wounds as if it was your children and forgive yourself. You are human, and you are hurting immensely.
I don't know if it would help but could you write to your 14yo self, tell her that you are sorry for what happened, that she wasn't responsible and did nothing wrong but trusted someone who abused that trust. Tell her she is still very much loved. She is not damaged or broken. She is beautiful & whole, and is loved by you. It might help you at this time

I know I am not allowed to talk about what I did on here and I don't know the outcome of it yet.
The 14yo old isn't the worse of it, it's the 9yo that is hurting, but I could try writing a letter to her. It is the same thing just a different person.
