@Sans911bummer got my weekends mixed up. The MH system is so screwed. It's like they didn't want to know really what was wrong with you so they didn't have to deal with it. I still cannot bleieve you didn't see someone in there and they let you come home. I am super angry about the way you were treated.

Please don't go bush, come on here instead, but it is dishearteneing when you need that help and you are just pushed aside. Well you won't be pushed aside on here.

not that great @Sans911 had another new flashback last night.

I go through stages where the flashbacks are repeated ones and then I get some new 'memories' come through. I am not going to speak about them on here, they are too painful for me and I dont want to trigger anyone. But they have been very vivid lately, like woke up thinking it was happening again.

But what can I do. I know it is my brain trying to process them, I have no control over them.
