I dont know what else it expects of me anymore. It just continues to destroys me. My brain is my worst enemy. How do I escape from the torment and memories. They are always there. There is no sense to them, they skip from one to another to another. There is no relief even when I sleep. It is too much to cope with anymore.

@Former-Member ..... it is hardly any comfort at all, I know ...... but others here have experienced the same sort of trauma you have ..... and if not all, then many of them have experienced a "break-out moment" when the trauma experience that had been blocked out suddenly emerged.
I want to step back and let these beautiful people speak to you ..... to reach out to you with that shared lived experience that I don't have, and share their coping methods with you.
