If you are going to be awake for some time, I started a travel thread when I was away last Christmas time, predominantly in Greece, but we travelled to some pretty amazing other places too ..... there are images of mountains and snow. What would you like to see ? I will show you .....

Ok, I can handle the repeated flashbacks but not when they are new. They take over everything and I just want to quit

@Former-Member .... I know from Zoe's situation that that is what it is like for her. Is there anything at all that helps ? Has your therapist been able to suggest anything so distracting that it stops the flashbacks, sort of like a re-set ?
I have heard others saying that holding pieces of ice in your hands while they melt can have that effect.

I use certain distractions to help me try and clear my brain, to try and distract myself. I've tried them tonight already. It's all to hard now. There is no light left. And they invade all your senses and I'm back there again, back to when it happened. Im not playing this game with my head anymore.
