Im so agitated and i cant stop shaking. I dont know whats wrong with me. I dont know what to do.

@Bubbles3 my Auntie is crazy about Elvis. She in her late 60s and still has posters of Elvis in her house. I like a bit of everything. I've just not long ago got everything out of storage after 12 years. It's been so interesting to listen to all the old 80s and 90s songs.

@Bubbles3 do you go for walks at all? And listen to music as you walk? There is a walking thread on here to encourage everyone daily. It's a little like healthy competition. Lots of other threads like Everything Cats (not sure if there is Everything Dog),. There's also Everything Birds, Everything Butterflies, Writing for therapy. What other things do you like to do, or used to do?

Maybe it's not f-ing up though @Bubbles3. Maybe it's just learning what works and what doesn't.
You could try and say hi and if it gets too much retreat back here for a while. I do that sometimes at Friday Feast 🙂
