Living from fortnight to fortnight is hard yards - for many years I was a single pensioner living on the Aged Pension before there were the supplements there are now and a person has to be there to know

Pretty impossible - yes

All the more reason to have things that I listed available - none of these are expensive and all but the eggs keep for ages - and you can eat the eggs anytime

If you are having trouble getting out of the house it's really important to look ahead and be prepared for the "thin week"
